The Thuillier bespoke shirt is distinguished by its collar and its fit, true signatures of a goldsmith's work. Made from a single canvas, it embodies the simplicity and emotion of a handcrafted garment.
Each bespoke creation begins with a meeting, an exchange guided by our shirtmaker to understand the aspirations of the person who will wear the shirt. The choice of fabric, use, style and line are discussed in detail, as are the specificities of the collar and cuffs, as well as the initials, highly personal touches.
The Shirtmaker then takes measurements, which will be used to draw the pattern. From this pattern, a toile is made for a first fitting.
This second meeting is an opportunity to continue the dialogue, refine the style and make the necessary adjustments so that the shirt fits the silhouette perfectly.
If necessary, a second fitting is scheduled. Once the modifications have been validated, the shirtmaker makes the shirt: from the assembly of the collar and cuffs to the hand-made turndowns and buttonholes. Once completed, the shirt will be given to the customer, ready to become a key element of their wardrobe.
