The kite
Carried by a breath of wind, the kite, the emblematic symbol of the House, rises and invites us on a dreamlike journey, embodying flexibility, lightness and absolute freedom. Synonymous with escape, it traces in the azure an ode to elegance and the art of letting oneself be carried away by imagination.

1930
Robert Thuillier
In 1930, Robert Thuillier decided to found his own shirtmaking company in the 8th arrondissement, in the heart of the golden triangle.
He is supported by his sons, Jacques, René and André, as well as by his wife Gabrielle, a seamstress by trade.

1974
The Elysée
Robert Thuillier's son took over the reins of the company. Very quickly, the Thuillier house dressed the President of the Republic, Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, who had just been elected.
Over the years, the Thuillier house has dressed many heads of state, including François Mitterrand, Jacques Chirac and Emmanuel Macron.

2015
The rebirth
After years of silence, the Thuillier house reappears under the Thuillier Paris brand, reconnecting with its bespoke shirts which had made its reputation decades before.

2022
A new era
It was in 2016 that Mathias Vandaele first heard about the Thuillier house and its history. But it was not until 2022, while he was still working at Charvet, that he had the opportunity to acquire the Thuillier Paris brand.
